STEP 1: Pre-Build Preparation
A proper preparation is necessary for a flawless installation—every material checked, every inch of your property protected, and every old shingle torn off the right way.
• Material Delivery & Verification All materials are delivered the day before the job. Your Project Manager personally inspects and verifies everything—shingle color and style, underlayment, ventilation, accessories. Nothing gets missed, substituted, or downgraded. You get exactly what was promised.
• Crew Arrival & Property Protection At 6AM sharp, our crew and PM arrive to begin setup. We lay tarps over your driveway, landscaping, porch, A/C unit—anything that could be affected. We also place magnetic nail catchers and install edge protection to keep your home safe from start to finish.
• Complete Tear-Off to Decking We remove all existing roofing layers down to the bare wood—no shingle-overs, no halfway jobs. A clean deck is critical to ensure a long-lasting system.

From the first nail to the last vent, your personal superintendent is on-site ensuring everything’s done right—and documented.
• Decking Inspection & Free Replacement Once exposed, we inspect your roof decking for rot, soft spots, mold, or code issues. If anything is damaged or compromised, we replace up to 2 sheets of plywood at no extra cost—because we’d rather do it right than leave a weak spot hidden.
• Full-Time On-Site Superintendent: Your superintendent isn’t just checking in occasionally—they stay on-site all day to oversee the crew, check workmanship, answer questions, and ensure quality. You have one dedicated point of contact, start to finish.
• Photo Documentation & Golden Shield Guarantee As each component is installed—starter shingles, ice & water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, pipe jacks, ventilation—your superintendent photographs and labels everything in your customer dashboard. If a required system component is missing from your photo log (even if it is installed properly) we’ll pay you $1,500—no excuses. STEP 3: After the Build is Complete

Once installation is complete, we go into full cleanup mode. That includes debris removal, a multi-pass magnetic sweep for nails, blower clean-up of driveways and walkways, and final re-checks of high-traffic areas. We leave the job cleaner than we found it.
• Same-Day Warranty Registration
Unlike most contractors, we don’t make you wait or chase us for your warranty paperwork. Before we leave, we register your Atlas Signature Warranty with the manufacturer and email you the certificate for your records.
• Final Walkthrough & Certificate of Completion
